We are looking for someone to join our team of Latin America Destination Specialists.  

As a progressive and growing wholesale travel provider who prides itself on travel bookings based on extensive knowledge, we sell to both travel agents and direct to the public and we are looking to take on another key member to our small but dynamic team.

Travel experience to South America is preferred and/or the selling of this destination but you will need to have a minimum of 2 years travel industry work experience, preferably in Wholesale.  GDS is also preferred but not essential.  In order to be successful, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A highly organised and methodical approach
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a target based environment to achieve sales goals

  • Solid Microsoft Office skills in Word & Excel, Outlook
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and organising travel itineraries to Latin America & Antarctica.
  • Communicating with clients & travel agents in order to convey travel & destination knowledge and to gather information to be able to create well-planned travel itineraries relevant to the clients requirements.
  • Using reservations and flight systems software to quote and book travel itineraries.
  • Communication with ground operators in Latin America to gather information, prepare quotes and make bookings.
  • Managing client files to ensure bookings and confirmations are correct, payments are received, documents and sent and any other file requirements.
  • Maintaining client files to manage changes.
  • Self-development to learn product and keep up to date with new product and destination information.
